G Suite updates to retire some functions – تحديثات قوقل تحيل بعض الخواص الى التقاعد

You may have already heard that Gmail and Google Hangouts are getting several improvements designed for businesses, such as Gmail Add-ons and the evolution of Hangouts: Hangouts Meet and Hangouts Chat. However, along with the change, they are also retiring some Labs and a couple of Google+ features.

• Retiring several Gmail Labs: Gmail Labs serve as a great testing ground for experimental features. But in the coming weeks, they will retire the following Labs: Authentication Icon, Google Voice Player, Picasa previews, Pictures in chat, Quick Links, Quote Selected Text, Smartlabels, and Yelp previews. (Expected: No earlier than April 24, 2017)

• Retiring Google+ functionality in Gmail: As part of Google’s continued effort to focus Google+ around shared interests, they’re retiring two legacy Google+ features in Gmail: the ability to email Google+ profiles and the use of Google+ Circles. (Expected: No earlier than April 24, 2017).

قد تكونوا على علم بأنه سيتم ادخال تطويرات على Gmail وGoogle Hangouts مصممة للشركات مثل اضافات قوقل وتطورات Hangouts: Hangouts Meet وHangouts Chat. ولكن بالاضافة الى هذه التغييرات سيتم ايضاً احالة بعض المعامل Labs وبعض خواص Google+ الى التقاعد.

• الغاء العديد من معامل جي ميل Gmail Labs: تعتبر معامل جي ميل ارض خصبة لاختبار بعض الخواص. ولكن ستقوم قوقل في الاسابيع القادمة بالغاء المعامل التالية: Authentication Icon, Google Voice Player, Picasa previews, Pictures in chat, Quick Links, Quote Selected Text, Smartlabels, and Yelp previews (المتوقع: ليس قبل 24 ابريل 2017).
• الغاء خاصية Google+ على جي ميل: ستقوم قوقل بالغاء خاصيتين من الخواص الاصلية لـGoogle+ كجزء من مجهوداتها لتخصيص Google+ لمشاركة الاهتمامات. وهاتان الخاصيتين هن: القدرة على ارسال ملفات Google+ الشخصية عبر البريد الالكتروني واستخدام خاصية Google+ Circles. (المتوقع: ليس قبل 24 ابريل 2017).
