Google signed an agreement with HTC, a leader in consumer electronics, that will fuel even more product innovation in the years ahead. With this agreement, a team of HTC talent will join Google as part of the hardware organization. Both Google and HTC teams already been working with closely on the Pixel smartphone line, and they’re excited to see what they can do together as one team. The deal also includes a non-exclusive license for HTC intellectual property.

وقعت جوجل على اتفاق مع HTC، الشركة الرائدة في مجال الالكترونيات، التي من شأنها تزيد من الابتكار للمنتجات في السنوات المقبلة. مع هذا الاتفاق، سيقوم فريق من مواهب HTC الانضمام الى Google كجزء من قطاع الأجهزة. كلا الفريقين Google وHTC عملا بالفعل عن كثب على خط انتاج هاتف “بكسل” الذكي، وأنهم متحمسون لرؤية ما يمكن القيام به معا كفريق واحد. وتشمل الصفقة أيضا على رخصة غير حصرية للملكية الفكرية الخاصة بـ HTC.
